No. Because they are very children for have cellphones. They don’t need the cellphones because they don’t go alone for the street and they don’t go out with his friends yet. They can lost it because they don’t be careful. They will use the cellphones only for play, internet, listen to music… and they spend very money for this things; they use the cellphone as a computer or as a psp. Then, is better buy a computer or psp, because playing it is free.
2.Should the European Union have a single President?

yes. because if the European Union have a single president it's more cheaper. The decisions are made faster with a single president and it's will have fewer problems
3.Should the Catalan government face cinemas to subtitle/dub films into catalan?

Yes. Because the first language of Catalunya is the Catalan and it is a good idea for help at conservation of the language. Besides, the people that likes watch movies in Catalan will go more times at the cinema.
